Research planning

Once I have identified the objectives of the project, the knowledge gaps the client has towards specific audiences, products and/or touch points and the constraints of the project, I create custom research plans that meet the client’s insights, time and budget requirements.

Formative research

Through interviews, surveys, user observation, user journey mapping to prototype testing and much more, I help clients determine what improvements their products need before the development stages so they can meet their users’ needs.

Architecture

I have vast experience in mapping and improving all sorts of architectures: from information (IA), content and layouts to technical workflows, processes, product concept and prototyping.

Stakeholder engagement

Research insights are only useful to the degree that they’re understood by the client and the broader team that will execute the solutions. I’ve worked with cross-discipline teams for over 12 years, and taken the lead in stakeholder engagement from pitching to presenting insights to running sprints within teams.

Summative research

With a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, I help clients figure out how well a design or a product performs with their intended audiences. From usability heuristics audits, accessibility reviews to user surveys and task testing, I am able to deliver valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
